Life can feel overwhelming at any stage, whether you’re a teen or an adult trying to navigate constant worry. You might find yourself constantly overthinking, struggling with anxiety or self-doubt in social situations, or feeling the pressure to keep up academically or at work while quietly burning out. Maybe your confidence has taken a hit, or you’re unsure of who you are or where you’re headed. It can feel exhausting trying to manage it all on your own, while wondering if things could feel easier or more manageable.
I believe you don’t have to figure everything out alone. As a Student Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I take a collaborative approach and work alongside you to create a space that feels supportive, comfortable, and tailored to your needs. We will start by building a clear understanding of what has been weighing on you, then work together to break things down into manageable steps. Using approaches such as CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness, I help you make sense of your thoughts and emotions, build effective coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Together, we will work on helping you feel more confident, grounded, and better able to handle what life brings your way. If you see yourself in any of this, you’re welcome to reach out and book a free 20-minute consultation to explore if this feels like the right fit.
