A supportive group treatment for survivors looking to deepen their understanding of the impacts of interpersonal trauma, build new coping skills, and develop increased compassion for themselves. We focus on establishing safety, stability, and self-care. This program is suitable for adult women impacted by Developmental, Interpersonal, or Sexual Trauma or Abuse.
