Group Therapy & Workshops

Group therapy and workshops offer a supportive, community-based way to learn, heal, and grow. Being in a group allows participants to see they’re not alone, gain new skills, and experience connection in a safe, facilitated environment.

At Cultivate, our groups and workshops are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and relational—creating a space where participants feel respected, heard, and empowered. Groups may focus on topics such as trauma recovery, mindfulness, emotional regulation, parenting skills, or personal growth, and are designed to balance education, skill-building, and supportive connection.

Participating in a group or workshop can help you: - Build coping skills and emotional regulation strategies - Learn and practice mindfulness or self-compassion tools - Deepen understanding of trauma, relationships, or identity - Reduce isolation and feel supported in a like-minded community - Gain insights from both facilitators and peers
