Hi there! It’s nice to meet you. I’m Regan, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I work with teens (16+), students, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to keep up with everything on their plate.
You might be someone who feels pressure to keep it all together, overthinks everything, or struggles to slow down without guilt. Maybe you’re dealing with burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, or big life transitions, and part of you is wondering how to cope while still showing up for everything else.
I offer a calm, supportive space where we slow things down and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic and sustainable. My approach draws from ACT, CBT, IFS, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, all through a trauma-informed lens.
Over time, clients often feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and better able to respond to challenges with clarity and self-trust. Therapy can become a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own, and reaching out can feel like a big first step.
