Whether you’re a child, teen, or young adult impacted by anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, or self-esteem struggles, or perhaps school feels overwhelming, focus is difficult, and relationships with peers or family feel tense or confusing—know you’re not alone. I offer trauma-informed therapy for children (7+), teens, young adults, and parents using CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and emotion-focused approaches. Sessions are collaborative, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate. Together, we will build coping skills, emotional insight, and resilience.

Therapy can help you feel calmer, more grounded, and less impacted by past and present experiences.
