‘I love all things growing up, whether it’s challenges from the past, or it’s challenges in the present, I’m interested to hear it all.’
Whether you’re a child, teen, or young adult impacted by anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, or self-esteem struggles, or perhaps school feels overwhelming, focus is difficult, and relationships with peers or family feel tense or confusing—know you’re not alone. You may also be seeking relief from past experiences, wanting better emotional regulation, and hoping for tools to feel safer, more confident, and more in control. Therapy can be a supportive space to begin exploring these experiences and building skills for change. Both the past and the present can feel heavy, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. By taking hold of your mental health, or supporting that of a loved one, life can begin to feel more manageable, with renewed meaning and purpose.
I offer trauma-informed therapy for children (7+), teens, young adults, and parents using CBT, ACT, DBT, and emotion-focused approaches. Sessions are collaborative, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate. Together, we will build coping skills, emotional insight, and resilience. EMDR will be incorporated into my practice in March 2026.
Therapy can help you feel calmer, more grounded, and less impacted by past and present experiences. In our work together, I provide a warm, safe, and supportive space for healing that is grounded in science. If this resonates with you, I invite you to book a free 20-minute consultation to explore what working together could look like.
