My work with children and pre-teens is rooted in Drama and Play Therapy, offering creative, developmentally appropriate ways to explore emotions, process grief and trauma, and build emotional resilience. Using client-centred drama therapy and non-directive play therapy within a trauma-informed approach, I help young clients express themselves in ways that feel natural, safe, and empowering.
Alongside my work with children, I also support adults through traditional talk therapy, using creative modalities when needed. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, or life transitions, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
