‘In my playroom, there is space for healing, creative discovery and moments of finding strength and joy for every age!’
Life can feel overwhelming at any age. Children and teens may struggle with making friends, managing anger, anxiety, depression, grief, or behavioural challenges that affect life at school, at home, or in relationships. Adults, too, can find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by stress, loss, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself or for your child, therapy can provide a space to better understand emotions, navigate challenges, and feel more connected and supported.
My work with children and pre-teens is rooted in Drama and Play Therapy, offering creative, developmentally appropriate ways to explore emotions, process grief and trauma, and build emotional resilience. Using client-centred drama therapy and non-directive play therapy within a trauma-informed approach, I help young clients express themselves in ways that feel natural, safe, and empowering.
Alongside my work with children, I also support adults through traditional talk therapy, using creative modalities when needed. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, or life transitions, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
Whether through creative expression or conversation, my goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and understood. Book online today for a free 20-minute consultation and we’ll get started together.
Note: I bring a social justice perspective into my work and strongly believe that you cannot be a therapist and be apolitical. I advocate for a Free Palestine, Sudan and Congo. Being an Indian immigrant, I believe immigrants make this country strong and that LGBTQIA+ rights are human rights.
