I believe that embracing our authentic selves is the key to living a life of fulfillment, happiness,
and inner peace. I offer an integrative, trauma-informed, client-centered approach that draws
from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT),
emotion-focused therapy (EFT), attachment theory, narrative therapy, and solution-focused
therapy for individuals who are 13 years of age or older.
We’ll start by creating a therapeutic relationship, identifying your reason for seeking therapy,
and outline what your goals are for our work together. We will then explore all relevant
aspects related to your reason for therapy, including past experiences and current challenges,
followed by identifying and integrating steps you could take to achieve your therapy goals.
For me, therapy is all about providing an empathetic, non-judgmental space where you can
