Do you struggle with anxiety, relational difficulties, or past experiences that continue to affect your sense of self and well-being? Do you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward? Do you wonder what it might feel like to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance? Now more than ever, many individuals are experiencing heightened stress, self-doubt, and emotional fatigue as they try to manage life’s demands and maintain meaningful relationships.
I believe that healing begins with awareness and connection, with yourself, your story, and the people around you. I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws from relational therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), psychodynamic and attachment theories, as well as mindfulness-based practices for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. In our work together, we’ll begin by exploring what brought you to therapy: your current challenges, inner narratives, or past experiences. Through this process, we’ll identify patterns, develop insight, and build greater emotional resilience.
I aim to provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you can process difficult emotions, gain perspective, and reconnect with your authentic self. Supporting others in their journey toward greater self-awareness and emotional well-being is central to my practice. Together, we can work toward cultivating a sense of stability, connection, and inner peace.
