I offer CBT, trauma-informed care, ERP, and EMDR therapy to help you build resilience, develop self-regulation and co-regulation skills, and set healthy boundaries, all in a supportive, non-judgemental space.
We’ll start by identifying your strengths and needs. Together, we’ll co-create a skill-building or action plan and adjust it as things evolve. I offer a safe and supportive space to process emotions, develop practical skills, manage somatic symptoms and use EMDR therapy to help you feel more in control of your story.
