‘Healing begins where you feel truly seen.’
Do you struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, or challenging family and romantic dynamics that leave you feeling ungrounded, whether in your relationships, your work, or your sense of self?
As a bilingual (English/French) therapist based in Ottawa, I offer collaborative, trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, family conflict, relationship challenges, and cultural or spiritual identity concerns. I have experience supporting BIPOC and faith-based communities, and I bring an understanding of how cultural and spiritual context can shape emotional wellbeing, when this is something a client wishes to explore.
My approach is integrative, drawing from humanistic therapy, CBT, DBT, parts work, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your values, strengths, and emotional resilience.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you in a warm, safe space.
Helping people feel seen, supported, and strengthened is my mission. Let’s move toward emotional clarity, deeper self-worth, and more meaningful relationships, with others and with yourself.
