Hello! I support adolescents and adults impacted by childhood, interpersonal, and complex trauma through individual and group therapies.
Together we can explore your relationships with yourself and others by developing healthy boundaries, addressing negative self-talk, and navigating heightened feelings, bodily sensations, or numbness. I work with treatment methods such as Attachment-based, Compassion-Focused, Trauma-Informed, and Interpersonal Therapies.
I am also a clinical supervisor. I am deeply passionate about supporting therapists in providing warm, effective, and evidence-based psychotherapy. I help clinicians develop strong clinical discernment, therapeutic alliances, and facilitative interpersonal skills through deliberate practice.
