‘As a queer-identifying psychotherapist, I welcome any and all looking for support!’
My name is Lily, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). If you’re struggling with identity, asking questions like “Who am I? What do I want from life?” and find yourself fighting against barriers to answer these questions, then I’m glad you’re here. Let’s answer these questions together.
I have experience helping clients cope with grief, anxiety, relationships (with yourself and others!), self-talk, identity, and more. I draw on many approaches including narrative therapy, ACT, compassion work, DBT, but I always emphasize collaboration: This means figuring out which of my tools and approaches are best suited to your individual needs and goals together. I also always leave room to celebrate and explore your progress, so you can feel confident in your growth over time.
I aim to develop long-term relationships with clients, where I can be a grounded and dependable resource for support and reflection throughout different concerns, stages, and moments of life. My hope is that together, we can create meaning, foster resilience, and build confidence by developing tools and insight that you can carry with you always.
Please book a free consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together, and I really look forward to meeting you!
