My name is Lily, and I wanted to share my favourite thing about therapy with you: I believe that therapy helps you confidently move through the world by knowing and accepting yourself. This is a life skill I aim to help foster, and one that I believe may support your therapeutic needs!
I have experience helping clients navigate concerns including anxiety, relationships (with yourself and others!), identity, gender, self-talk, grief and more. I also enjoy existential conversations about life, purpose, and self. In my approach, I emphasize collaboration: This means figuring out together which of my tools and approaches are best suited to your needs. Not only will we explore and work on therapy goals, but I always leave room to celebrate your progress. I’m also just as ready to witness your tears as I am to join in with your laughter.
I aim to develop long-term relationships with clients, where I can be a grounded and dependable resource for support and reflection throughout different concerns, stages, and moments of life. My hope is that together, we can create meaning, foster resilience, and build confidence by developing tools and insight that you can carry with you always.
