We are excited to announce that Cultivate Mental Health will be hosting this informative 90-minute workshop hosted by exercise therapist Max Landry, at our 184 Lisgar St. location Sunday, November 30th from 11am-12:30pm.

During this workshop, you’ll learn why pain can persist even after your body has healed, how to spot common myths that might be holding you back, and how to move safely and confidently without fear.You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of how pain works, practical tools you can apply right away, and a renewed sense of hope about what your body is capable of, allowing you to get back to doing the things you love with confidence and freedom. Plus, you’ll get a one-page PDF of the mobility exercises we’ll go through together, so you can keep practicing at home.
